Shakea created SWST to advocate and normalize mental health awareness. She converses and connects with fellow mental health professional such as Licensed Clinical Social Workers, therapists, counselors, educators and psychologists to engage in healthy conversations.

Shakea has given the “tea" on hot topics such as depression, self-sabotaging behavior, narcissistic behavior, mama's boys, and grief.

Shakea's goal is to continue to connect people and help provide awareness/resources for mental health services.
